Ostia

Ostia (Abandoned Capital, Ostia) is a country and capital city located in the Magic World. The country is considered to be the "holy land" of the realm's non-human population.

Up until 20 years prior to events in Negima! Magister Negi Magi the country's capital was known for its scenic beauty, however, after its destruction following the Magic War, where the forces of both the Hellas Empire and the Megalomesembria Confederation fought over possession of the land, it became known as a simple sightseeing location for castle ruins.
